Field Operations Specialist – APAC

As a key member of Gigamon’s Sales Operations team, you’ll empower the APAC Sales leaders with actionable insights, sophisticated analytics, and strategic reporting that drive business growth. You will champion a data-driven culture—translating complex sales data into clear recommendations covering forecasting, new business development, and account management. Leveraging advanced analytics, you’ll collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver market intelligence and business solutions at scale, enabling Gigamon to identify opportunities, optimize sales performance, and accelerate success in a rapidly evolving market. Responsibilities: 
  • Provide in depth forecasting analysis. 
  • Work closely with Gigamon's Sales, Finance, and Marketing organizations to understand the business intelligence and share insights with sale leaders and the VP leadership team.
  • Drive monthly and quarterly reporting on key metrics on pipeline, sales trends to sales leaders.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis to predict, measure and interpret business trends.
  • Support business planning, strategy, and modeling activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting.
  • Help with monthly and quarterly close activities to ensure data accuracy and integrity on bookings and maintain key business metrics for reporting to the leadership team.
  • Help maintain updated sales hierarchy, territory changes, and commission role/plan changes. Help report on ad hoc metrics.
  • Provide key data metrics for the regional QBRs.
  • Help maintain key fields within SFDC to ensure data integrity, allow for accurate reporting and sales hierarchy.
What you’ve done:
  • 6+ years Sales Operations experience or similar role; strong understanding of Sales organizations at corporate, field and channel levels.
  • Proven track record of insightful analytics for a global sales organization experiencing high growth.
  • Participated in and improved forecasting as well as pipeline hygiene at the regional and/or global level.
 
 
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • SFDC power user highly desired, with ability to independently build and run reports/ dashboards that cater to business or analytical needs.
  • Experience using Clari, forecasting and associated dashboards
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills especially Excel.
